there were 6 sections- it had WG elements (conclusions, arguments and assumptions) as well as SJT elements. wouldnt require any extensive prep beforehand in my opinion. all the best!

for those doing the freshfields sjt, it's just like the links capp test. the only thing different is an attention to detail task (requires no prep but focus during the test - they will test ur grammar and spelling). no advice on how to approach the sjt questions since no one can be sure if they've answered correctly or not.
edit: there is a WG portion as well, but since links capp also has one, i didnt specify it above. the only thing diff is the attention to detail task, rest everything is like the links capp

Did they record for the freshfileds's sjt? I didn't get prompts to ask for my permission, but after I finished the test, my browser said camera and mic access were allowed

My camera was actually activated for my A&O one but I had only just got a new computer so didn't realise, and I did it in my dressing gown and PJs and got to AC that year
So, no, you'll be fine in normal clothes!
Can anyone who will take the freshfields sjt update if they were recording or not. I did it in my bed with a very stupid posture
Just wondering if anyone had an answer to this? The virtual q&a said the week of the 3rd of february but at the AC, grad rec said late jan/early feb?
linklaters' automated mail says they will respond to applications in January 2025. does anyone know if they have said otherwise elsewhere? also, has anyone heard back from goodwin post VI?
hey sorry this is unrelated but just wanted to be sure. so freshfields really did not ask for permission nor did they record automatically (im so paranoid pls bear with me). could you pls confirm
they did not record- my system always asks for permission before allowing even google meet to record video or audio. plus, the green light on the system goes on if my video is recorded. also, the same test was given for trowers and they also did not record.
