Just received withers strengths based obline assessment, had anyone completed this and proceeded to the next stage?

Any chance could someone give me some advice or what values are withers looking for.

Hiya, any advice you'd give for someone wanting to apply to Withers? How was the application form/online test, do they also use the Watson test?
