Hi all, not sure if this is the right place but I really do have an emergency.

Essentially, I have an offer for the BPP centre in Cambridge for the PGDL, and I meant to accept it tonight, however, although on phone with BPP university admissions and in email I was told I have an offer, I have no means of accepting it. On the portal it simply says application awaiting review. On my application it says the deadline is the 24th of August; i.e. Sunday. I have no idea if this is the application deadline or not. I was told on the phone I should accept the offer ASAP as they are 95% at capacity.
.
I am incredibly concerned and really need a way to speak to someone at BPP asap. Does anyone know how? I've already contacted my admissions officer on email and whatsapp.
Best wishes,

Tommy

Problem resolved. As per the T and C's, if u pay the deposit you're covered (once you figure out how to do this!).
Is this true? I’m having the same problem - it just says on the BPP Hub that I haven’t made a ‘decision’ yet, and I keep getting emails about documents I need to send (that I’ve already sent by the dozen). If I have paid the deposit, am I fine?

Still no idea whether I’m even enrolled in the course or not. Got an email saying ‘congratulations on accepting your offer’ (which I presumed meant I had a place), so I’ve been pretty confused about the whole thing. Panicked yesterday when I realized I might not even be enrolled!

If I’ve paid the deposit + 3k initial fee or whatever, does that mean I’m okay?

Yeah it really does! I talked to BPP people on the phone and they confirmed it. With BPP when there's admin issues and you call it usually resolved everything super quickly.
