Thank you so much @Andrei RaduI think you can have an overall approach, in that even if some complexities mainly had to do with the party on the other side, normally the counsel for the two parties will have to work together to address them. Nonetheless, if you are struggling with the word count, it makes sense to prioritise discussing complexities from the perspective of W&C's client.
As for any general tips, I have quoted bellow a recent post I wrote where I analysed this question in depth:
the one happening nextweekFor which open day?
Were you also at the zoom event? I think they said they'll send by the end of tomorrow so I still have (probably false) hopes it could come todayFor those wondering, Latham says they'll send open day invites tomorrow.
Yes. All the best! I actually applied for the November one, so I'm just gauging response timelines post the VI.Were you also at the zoom event? I think they said they'll send by the end of tomorrow so I still have (probably false) hopes it could come today

Hello!Would this question for CMS need any link back to them / their values?
Describe a time where you have shown resilience in a complex situation. How has this affected the way you approach challenges? (200 words)
Congratulations! Do they send multiple batches or its a PFO if I havent heard yet? (Applied on deadline day)I’ve received an invite
I don’t think they send batches, i initially received a PFO for their first insight day the same time as others but not 100%Congratulations! Do they send multiple batches or its a PFO if I havent heard yet? (Applied on deadline day)
Hi there, this is vey good insight! Thank you for this! Did you yourself take it recently and have this info or is it individual research? I am a bit surprised because all these years it has been competency based mainly so it would be good to know if they have changed the question format to prepare accordingly.Hey Lovey, It's SJT-based. There is a scenario, and then u answer what you would do. 3 minutes to answer, 1 minute of prep time, and there are two video interview questions. The rest are WG questions
