Could I mentioned my positive experience at last years AC if I went to the AC and didn’t pass but had a great time speaking to trainees ext as one of my reasons for why this firm in the video interview or shall I stay away from it. @Abbie Whitlock would appreciate some insight !

Hmmm, not necessarily.

It might just be that AC invites are getting sent out in waves.

Plus, the only person who is confirmed to have an AC is someone’s friend who isn’t even on this forum.

If there were indeed Weil ACs being sent out (if any have been), people would be out on this forum in droves posting their AC invites.

So I would go take a nice walk under the lovely British sun rather than stressing. I too am on the “reserve list” (if there is one) for Macfarlanes and Weil.

I think for some firms, Oxbridge students get their AC’s on campus which is probably why your friend does. I heard this was the case for my friend from Cambridge last cycle too!

Has your friend definitively received the AC invite? And at least messaged you “OMG! WEIL AC INVITE!”.

I think some confirmation would be good seeing that Weil is causing a mass hysteria.
