I swear!! The other night I dreamt I missed a deadline and almost fell out of bed😂😂I dreamt an application response…. OH GRAD REC FREE ME FROM THIS EXPERIENCE!
We are all "delusional" for having chosen law in the first place
Writing applications and engaging in forum discussions at 4 am on Friday, is just one more objective test that proves the rule. 🤪
i know I brought this up already but can somebody please reassure me that if a WG is untimed then time is definitely not taken into account by grad rec - i spent 45 mins on a WG and now I can’t stop thinking about it ahhh😭😭😭😭

I don’t think they take time into account, I’ve taken ages on them before and progressed. I normally get extra time for dyslexia, so I think if firms said there’s no time limit then took time into account that’d be unfair
If I complete my RS SJT today and my VI later, say tomorrow, would that negatively affect my application?
As long as you didn't spend days on it, you'll be okay.
No, as long as it’s done before the deadline they have given you. I had a day in between mine and for Hill Dickinson I did my test on the Friday and the VI on the Monday.
They say you can take a break between the two so definitely not. But once you start, you can’t stop between each question I believe

Is it normal for the recruiters from law firms you've applied for to look at your profile in LinkedIn? Is that a good sign or a bad sign?

Applied for Linklaters Spring VS. Not heard back but seen others have. Can I assume this is a PFO? Would think logically that they look at all apps, decide the PFOs but keep a few in reserve just in case of AC dropouts etc. But then again who knows what these firms do...

Hi! Did you end up finding out what this first assessment stage entails or whether the VI comes later?
hi has anyone heard back about ACs after passing benchmark for the phone interview at dla piper? (i had my TI + found out i passed on the 6th jan)
i feel sick waiting on these firms
