hey i got work ethic as my weakness and i got the vi like 1hr after i finished the test! so don't worry

and ur strengths seem better than mine were so i wouldnt be concerned if i were you!

They only do the LBA. I believe and I think the only ones that heard was for a PFO

Their phone interviews are between 19-30 of Jan so Im assuming we will hear back also during the time they are conducting them
