Wow, surprised there's winter spaces considering the scheme starts in a few weeks? Which do you think you'll go for? Massive congrats either way! They’ve got spaces on both so it’s whatever one I choose!
Ahh gosh this is crazy, so we are still in the game?Been asked by Reed Smith to have a TI because my video interview has no sound. Could anybody provide any advice for a TI as I've never experienced this before. Also if anybody remembers the questions they asked that would be really helpful as I cannot remember!
I'm a bit nervous! They asked either tomorrow, Monday or Tuesday. I beg if anybody remembers the questions let me know hahaAhh gosh this is crazy, so we are still in the game?at least you surely are, congrats!

Hi @User2640 just to slide in here, but I don’t think there’s a right or wrong answer here. Your strength is something you’re really good at. Typically, people focus on skills but it could be unique selling points as well - strengths are not just skills based. However, I think it’s important to also recognise how your strengths can be improved, and what it takes to get there. If it is improved, then perhaps mentioning how it got to that stage. Most importantly, I think the qualitative depth in your answer is what’s most important here.Hi Abbie!
I was wondering when firms ask about my strengths, do they mean my skills (like communication, teamwork, attention to detail etc), or are they asking my USP? I feel it's not just about skills, but im not too sure what they are actually looking for. I never seem to pass when firm ask this. Any insights on this would be very much appreciated!
Thank you in advance!
