Would others be keen on the creation of some type of Google sheet tracker for application outcomes, like TSR has for UCAS?

Let me know if I can help with anything on this.

Was planning to build something like this for the next cycle:

I love this!! Just to confirm my understanding, so this would be capturing applicant information as well as where they reached in the application stage?

That's so lovely, but we'd love to have it speed up the release this cycle at least for the remaining summer VS and TC. (Yet, pls distinguish the intake too, like TC 2028/2027 Sep/March, VS winter/spring/summer.

MMM and also the applicant status (UK Resident/Citizen/International/Study Outside UK) that would be helpful

Also, does anyone have good experience using AI with WG. Does it actually work? Or does it get the answers wrong?
Don’t bother, I’ve found AI will confuse me and proceed to then get the answers wrong.

I think it tries to apply too many niche logic rules while not respecting WG logic. So it just goes on a tangent and does too much.

Mastering WG can be learned through practice. It’s an objective test and I believe it’s unfair to use it in recruitment however, if you put effort into learning you’ll crack it.

Don’t use AI, i think it’ll take a factual stance rather than just looking at the question alone. Which will in turn give you wrong answers. But I may be wrong 🤔

    Exactly.

What I'm thinking at the moment:

    (1) There will be a tracker to organise your application progress in the forum

    (2) You can opt in to sharing your progress which is then anonymously uploaded to a live feed

    (3) You can then 'view' all results, if you want to get the anonymous breakdown of the candidate (e.g. grade received/number of apps sent)

I'm hoping it makes it easier to find out when people hear back from firms and provide more transparency over their profile.

Yeah used AI for one firm WG and non AI for another. Got AC for the firm I didn’t use AI for but haven’t heard back from the other…so you may have a point

I can say that ChatGPT does work in terms of helping prep. All the WG tests I have done this cycle, I have passed. Last cycle I didn't pass any and I didn't use AI to prep. However, I used Chat in conjunction with practicing the application using Assessment Day. I wouldn't solely rely on using AI as it does get answers wrong - when I used it for mock questions I kept having to ask 'are you sure' as sometimes it marked an incorrect answer as correct.
