Proskeur Rose AC invite!!! :)

I would be very very grateful for any insight as it is one of my top choices and I have no clue what to expect in the AC (they will provide details closer to time of the activities).

@fTS3002 @Mart1nVa1l congrats guys!! Do Yall wanna create a gc to prep? Let me know if anyone else wants to be added. :)
Congrats!!! Also never heard of this firm before (so naive) so I’ve learnt something new today 😂

Hsfk summer pfo post app. I know open days dont entitle me to expect an ac but this one was particularly hard to take…absolute dream firm, had been progressed to their ac 3 years ago, managed to get one vs at another silver circle firm, one internship overseas at an international firm and distinctions for law conversion plus SQE course since last pfo post ac. Thought I’d have a strong chance this time? But no I guess they sorted my app to the no hopers bin ahahaha

to people who are waiting to hear back from Kirkland post AC:

I've talked to a few people - it sounds like the firm has been doing the next round interviews last week and this week - I'm assuming a PFO!!

Edit: don't PM me about this - idk anything past this! My friends just said that they have friends who have been interviewing with them in the past week

I feel you. There was a firm that accepted me for their open day and I actually spoke to grad rec about my credentials. I got rejected twice and I thought okay but why? I know its super disheartening but I always try to think of it as this is taking me closer to where I want to be. Everytime something hasn’t worked out like I wanted it to, 99% of the time it was for a good reason. But do not give up. if one firm can’t see your brilliant credentials or don't think its a match, then it's their loss. keep at it mate ❤️‍🩹

anyone know anything about stephenson harwood, i applied so early thinking they were rolling and i know its not been long since closing date but just wondering.

also is it correct that if you pass their sjt and vi you are through to the vac scheme?
Hey!

Just on your second question, last cycle that was the case - the process was: (1) Application Stage, (2) Online Test (SJT/VI), and then (3) VS offer. You then completed an AC on the scheme in order to be assessed for the training contract. However, this may have changed since last cycle, so please do feel free to correct me if I am wrong! :)
