For winter they sent TI invites over the course of 3 weeks.

Question:

Can anyone answer these, or alternatively, would you recommend me asking Early Careers?

I want to strike the right balance of resourcefulness and being communicative/proactive.

1. Is the AC 'blind', i.e., do the partners/ assessors see your application form/ VI beforehand? Good to know so I'm not repeating myself too much.

2. Are partners randomly allocated or not? Do I learn who they are beforehand?

3. Do I receive any further information on the AC before attending, or should I go off the information on the website? (The email has no info apart from the date & office address I booked - website just briefly outlines format/agenda)
