hellooo, a bit confused about the format of the W&C written exercise + interview – they're scheduled for the same day, from what I understand? Or is it that there's another round after the WE? Also, for those who have already attended one, was the final interview online or in person?

The written exercise is a standalone stage. If you are successful, you then do the final interview. The interview is virtual

I’m assuming PFO from AG (London) as I haven’t heard anything after the VI. And I think people have had ACs and got offers. Shame as this is the firm with the most TCs out of all the ones I’ve applied to.

Written exercise and final interview are 2 different stages, and if you progress to interview they are all on Zoom I believe

that is so weird because in the email i received, the instruction was that i have to do the written assessment on the day of my interview (I haven't been given a date yet)! what instructions did you get, if you don't mind me asking?

Hogan Lovells AC, any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

One more thing. Hogan is a full service law firm. They will expect you in any case study to be able to list the affected practice areas. Make sure to read up on them!

Hint - Tax is always involved.

Don't just volunteer the information though, wait for them to ask about the practice areas involved in the example.

Are you DTC? I applied VS and similar to the above poster. WE and I seperate. WVS WE and I same stage; the seperated it for S/SVS.

Oh, that is really weird. I did my written assessment around 3 weeks ago and was only given 3 days' notice before my final interview.

I applied for spring VS, I'm not sure if it varies then?

Do they wait until all interviews are done before making offer? - I know most firms do but not sure if that’s the case with W&C given that they are rolling?
