I'm a zero gravity member, and they have a partnership with PC so held a webinar about the VS - they said that the stages are

- CV + Cover Letter
- Video Interview
- Competency Interviews

I thought that the VI would be automatic but it seems like maybe this is not the case? In which case maybe only one round of interviews? but they were quite light on the details past telling us about what they wanted to see in written app

I submitted app just past midnight on April 30th, and got VI invite at 22:12 UK time on 4th may

Attended interview for Fladgate vac scheme couple weeks ago, people got offers last Thurs. I haven’t received anything. Should I follow up with them as I’m assuming it’s a PFO? :/

I've requested a feedback call, so I'll try to gather some useful info. The AC went very well, but there was one question and answer that might have tipped the balance. If it is what I think it is, I'll be sure to share that with the forum.
