Hello Ms Whitlock,
I am currently in the process of filling in my Application Tracker in Notion (as provided by TCLA), and I was researching several firms to find out their application opening and closing dates. I saw that you've posted an article on the Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer vacation scheme deadlines coming up for the 2026/27 year. However, when going to some of the firms you've posted official websites in the article, I can't find the dates you've shown on the firm's official website.

For example, with Paul, Weiss's scheme, I don't see the firm's schemes for the 2026/27 year. I only see the dates for the previous recruitment cycle in the 2025/26 year.

Is there a website/other resource I can use that has more up-to-date information on the upcoming vacation schemes (and, for that matter, Direct Training Contracts) for the 2026/27 recruitment cycle?

Great question! In the case of Paul, Weiss, I believe the website simply hasn't been updated yet as the applications for the 2026/27 vacation schemes haven't opened. Applications open on the 24 August 2026, so I'd expect the careers page to be updated closer to the opening date.

More generally, a lot of firms don't update their recruitment pages until applications actually open, which can make researching dates a bit confusing. I'd recommend keeping an eye on firms' career pages over the next few weeks, as well as the TCLA Vacation Schemes deadline thread. Firms will often let us know in advance when they plan to open applications (as Paul, Weiss has done), so it is a great way to get an early indication of when to start preparing your applications
