Accepting two part-time jobs at the same time?

Hi,

I have applied to two (paid) part-time Campus Ambassador roles over the summer to maximise my chances of at least getting one.

In the off chance that I get both, is it possible to accept them and do them alongside each other? Or will firms be hesitant about me accepting other the responsibilities of another job that they believe might interfere with what they want me to do?

Thank you!

I don’t think you will have a problem doing both at the same time.

You can probably do both, but as I said in the other thread, one or both firms are likely to have an issue with you being a brand ambassador for a competitor.

Hi Jessica, thank you for the responses in both threads. One of them is a firm and the other is Thomson Reuters, so not a competitor - do you think that would be okay?

Possibly - but it still might be an issue and you may have to accept one/decline the offer. You’ll need to speak to both organisations about it should you get to that point and check the terms and conditions of those offers too
