I am still waiting but if their practice is the same as with the VI invites, they will send out all of the invites to the AC simultaneously, meaning that the successful applicants have already been invited to the AC, I think.- 6Demetris

I think shortlisting does not mean that I, or others who received the same message as me, are through. They will just pick from, for example, 100 out of the 200 that passed.- 6Demetris

I just received an email saying that I have successfully passed the job simulation. Following that they are in the process of shortlisting candidates and they will get back to me by Friday December 13th. Edit: I guess its time to start hearing back for those of us still waiting.- 6Demetris

Ask A Graduate Recruiter Anything!
I am also confused with that question. For example, if I finish my LPC in September 2021 and they recruit on September 2022, is that a gap year? Potentially yes, but if I intend to do a postgraduate degree, or work in another sector for a year until 2022, is that still considered a 'gap year'?- 6Demetris
