I mean I can’t give you a definitive answer, but I did my test over the course of 3 days and just had my last day on their VS yesterday, so I’m fairly confident that this is not timed at all- AH9891

The dates for their vac scheme are 29.06.-10.07. 20.07.-31.07. 10.08.-21.08. grad rec is quite involved in this and it’s a bit of a logistical challenge to say the least, so I’d probably expect them to come back to people somewhere in between the schemes... I hope this helps- AH9891

I applied at the beginning of December last year and heard back in January, so it took about 1.5 months with the holidays in between. They do hire the majority of their trainees from their VS though and they are running 3, with the first one starting on Monday. My best guess is that they will...- AH9891

it depends on how busy they are. A day? A week? Like I said before, their first virtual VS starts in a week, so they might be busy organising that and may consequently take a bit longer. With the Capp test, all the attributes are judged against their agile mindset framework, so they are all important. It’s more the score that matters. exactly and they are keeping their applications open until the 31st of May 2021. So this wasn’t to say that we got an AC, basically means they won’t be hiring anyone this year, but we can keep the apps on file if we want to- AH9891
