DLA don't have an interview/assessment at the end of their VS. Wonder if they will be adding that component? They won't be able to assess us in the normal way.
Hey, anyone with an Eversheds VS able to share what the dates are on the scheme?
Can't find any info on that.
PS - Don't have an Eversheds VS and haven't even gotten a VI invite, so almost certainly a PFO. Just trying to work out summer plans.
I forget the strongest ones, but the weakest one was resource management I believe.
Given that you don't know how you did in any of them though, the CAPP report itself isn't very useful to judge apps. We could have the same 2 strengths and 1 weakness but have substantially different scores.
Posted this in the Links thread, but in case people are only following this one:
Rejected for Links Summer VS.
98 percentile WG test, but done in by the CAPP assessment.
Hope others fared better!
Drop me a message with any questions and I will try to help as best I can.
Do not psych yourself out though! I did and it was self-limiting. It's great to go in prepared but be open to what you might see.
Yea, that's the standard one and it's often true for firms that send an automatic WG. Since NRF review apps before the WG invite, it's a quicker turnaround. Plus, you have the added confidence from knowing your application was already assessed and progressed. At this point, the ball is in your...
It's not automatic, so congrats!
The turnaround time for the WG is normal. Similar turnaround times for phone interview invites and ACs as well. It all moves quickly, so best of luck!
Hi Jessica,
If offered a spot on a scheme with dates that don't work, is there scope for asking for some kind of alternative?
I know this is a long-shot. I applied for a scheme that did not publish dates and was only given confirmation of dates upon receiving the offer. I can't work full time...
That makes sense. I'm sure there isn't a formula, but I'm sure we would all appreciate it if you could share any tips. Thanks for entertaining this line of questioning Jessica!
