That's refreshing to know; I got a good 2:1 with sporadic module marks. Scrolling Linkedin and seeing lots of Clifford Chance trainees with firsts was discouraging me from applying. Thank you....which firms really stress exceptional academics? I know Slaughter & May scrutinise module marks, Clearly Gottlieb ask for a 'high 2:1' and want 'overall exceptional' (or words to that effect) academics, probably also Debevoise & Plimpton?- Katie_H_22

Poor contract module grade, but 2:1 average.
Really? Which firms, if you don't mind my asking? I just posted a thread about module mark worries; in short, although I secured solid 2:1 averages from Oxford in my second and final years, I did get a few 2:2 marks in my breakdown as well. (It was a non-law degree)- Katie_H_22
