Hi all, I was just wondering whether anyone knew if during the assessment day each part is weighted equally or if certain parts are more heavily weighted eg. interview. I don't think many firms offer visas for vac schemes, however most of the vac schemes are happening virtually this year so if there was ever a time to apply it would now. Good luck.- KB2020
