I am pretty sure that MoFo publishes their trainee and NQ salaries - have a look into their recruitment brochure. As far as I remember, first year trainee earns £50K, second year trainee earns £55K, and NQ salary is slightly over $200K.
Hi @Jessica Booker, hope you are well! Are vac schemers generally given any "real work" on the first day, or is it usually just about getting to know everyone, IT training, etc.?
I think it depends on the firm. The grad rec from the firm, whose offer I had to decline due to clashing dates, asked me whether I would be interested in their Winter VS in the next cycle, if I do not secure any TC this summer.
Hi @Jessica Booker!
Due to conflicting dates, I had to decline one of my VS offer. When I called the firm, the grad rec asked whether I would be interested in joining their winter vacation scheme later this year (assuming that I do not secure any TC after this summer). Would you say that it is...
Hi @Jessica Booker! Would you recommend calling even in case I decide not to accept a vacation scheme offer, or is it sufficient to explain my reasons for rejecting the offer in an email?
Thank you!
Hi @Jessica Booker. Hope you’re well.
I just wanted to ask what is meant by "Do we have a permission to contact this company for a reference at this time?" on Vero, when filling out my screening form for a vac scheme. I have completed most of my work experiences abroad and I do not think that...
Hi! Yes, I did - my interview was on Monday (February 21), and I heard back on Tuesday (March 1) the following week. But I chased them a bit tbh (I emailed them on Friday (February 25) to ask when I can expect to receive feedback/hear back in regard to the outcome)
Hi @Jessica Booker!
I have received a VS offer via email, but the firm did not mention any deadline for accepting it (and I have one more interview this Friday). Shall I just kindly ask when the deadline is, or should I explain that I am interested, but I have another interview, etc. ?
Thank...
Hi @Jessica Booker!
This may be a bit dumb question, but if I were told by HR that they will get back to me "as soon as possible" post AC, when is it appropriate to send them an email asking for an update or at least a timeframe specifying by when I should hear back - perhaps 2 weeks?
