I agree on the legal questions it is more likely CC is right than I am but again it does not mean they might not have got this wrong and will pay a price down the line if someone tests it. Also, I don't know Laura and I am sure she is a great person but we cannot defend institutional policies by saying you know the person making them? I'm sorry but this is not a good excuse for what essentially seems like age discrimination on the part of CC. Perhaps not legally, but absolutely so morally.
