Not sure if it's best, but I try to identify a specific area of two within commercial law that I'm really interested in, relate it to my own experiences and try to make parallels focussing on transferable skills, and then link it to the firm. When answering motivation questions about commercial law, so "why commercial law" and "why do you want to be a commercial lawyer", how exactly can you demonstrate clear, genuine interest and motivation without sounding forced or cliche?
If I got AAC at a-level (128 Ucas points) but eversheds requires ABB (also 128 Ucas points) is it still worth applying there or will it be an instant rejection
It’s the same thingCongrats! May I ask whether it was for spring or summer?
It's about the same difficulty as the practice test. I just got ChatGPT to drill me on each section and make the questions harder than the actual test. GPT can also explain the technique and reasoning behind each section (which is where most people mess up). I would recommend reading each question very carefully and going with your instinct. When I was practicing I tended to get the answer wrong if I spent too much time thinking about it. You have plenty of time to complete all the questions (it's not actually 40 questions as some of the 'questions' are examples), so don't rush it.anyone have any insight on the CC WG?
