I'm about to cry hahah I keep getting personal responsibility as my area for development - I don't think I'll be making it to the next stage AGAIN 😭 the irony is that, like you, I actively take on positions of responsibility irl and love seeking more work to take ownership of. Haha I think I will be getting a Latham PFO soon 😣Interesting for my OD application, I got self-motivation & effective communication as strengths, but personal responsibility as my development and didn't get invited to the VI - the irony being the roles I have at work are all about taking personal responsibility.
imo one of the better weaknesses to get, got invited to macfarlanes ac with the same development area 🤔I'm about to cry hahah I keep getting personal responsibility as my area for development - I don't think I'll be making it to the next stage AGAIN 😭 the irony is that, like you, I actively take on positions of responsibility irl and love seeking more work to take ownership of. But haven’t you got a VS offer? I would suggest you work super hard to convert it to TC instead of worrying about other rejections!! You’ll make it regardless 💪💪I'm about to cry hahah I keep getting personal responsibility as my area for development - I don't think I'll be making it to the next stage AGAIN 😭 the irony is that, like you, I actively take on positions of responsibility irl and love seeking more work to take ownership of. haha I love that - do you have any advice on how to prepare for it? I've never even heard of arctic shores before this 😂lowkey excited to do nrf's arctic shores🤓love pressing some Q-P like a frantic monkey
they are a bunch of mini games that test your reaction time/ alertness more than any other ability imohaha I love that - do you have any advice on how to prepare for it? I've never even heard of arctic shores before this 😂
I’m definitely going to work as hard as I can to convert the VS, but I guess the nerves don’t stop until a TC is actually secured haha. But haven’t you got a VS offer? I would suggest you work super hard to convert it to TC instead of worrying about other rejections!! You’ll make it regardless 💪💪
If it helps, i received personal responsibility as an area for development and I passed it so I wouldn't worry too muchI'm about to cry hahah I keep getting personal responsibility as my area for development - I don't think I'll be making it to the next stage AGAIN 😭 the irony is that, like you, I actively take on positions of responsibility irl and love seeking more work to take ownership of. ooh omg that sounds fun but intimidating haha - congrats on getting 20/20 on Gowling's test! that's insane.they are a bunch of mini games that test your reaction time/ alertness more than any other ability imo
so do them when you feel most alert, which for me is 3-4 hours after waking up
being a gamer also helps, i played some valorant matches before attempting gowling's arctic shores & scored 20/20 lol
but if you're not a gamer you could also practice with some online iq games right before jumping in the assessment already fired up 🔥
Ooh ok that's reassuring to know, thank you so much for sharing!! If it's okay with you, would you mind indicating what the strengths were also? Also congrats on getting to the next stage!!If it helps, i received personal responsibility as an area for development and I passed it so I wouldn't worry too much![]()

I used to be a gamer, but on my iPad hahaha, the keyboard is my absolute enemy, would love touchscreen reaction games ngl.
would you say we would need to know the layout of the keyboard well as well if it's all about reacting fast with the keys?
Hey! I think they only require your degree and overall grade and not a breakdown of your modules. But I’d wait until they respond to you directly if you have emailed them (as long as it’s before the deadline obvs) 😊Hi all,
I’m completing my Fieldfisher application and have a question about the “Qualifications” section. Each education entry has two parts:
For example, following Freshfields’ format and examples:
- School / Educational Establishment Name, Start Date, End Date
- Qualification Name (QN), Qualification Type (QT), Qualification Result (QR), Date Obtained
I’m unsure how to interpret this for my undergraduate degree (BA English, UC Berkeley). Am I meant to list the entire degree as one qualification (e.g., QN: English, QT: Degree, QR: First, Date: 2022) or list each module as a separate qualification? There doesn’t seem to be anywhere else to input modules. I’ve emailed Fieldfisher directly and am waiting for a response, but I wanted to see if anyone here has gone through this and how they did it.
- QN: English
- QT: GCSE / A-Level / Degree / Other
- QR: Grade / Level
Thanks for any insight!
haha okay thank you so much!! (p.s. I think all valorant players are really cool - never got a chance to play it myself, but I loved watching ppl play haha) 🤝thanks! ipad gaming peak fr but no the only two keys you'll be using are Q and P lol you'll be fine!!! good luck 🕹️
Im mentally preparing to be ragebaited by the facial expressions task (they all look the same)...lowkey excited to do nrf's arctic shores🤓love pressing some Q-P like a frantic monkey
