Hey haven’t myself but how long did they get back to you after the initial app and when’d you apply btw?Has anyone heard back from Withers after the interview for their vac scheme and/or got told when the decision will be made? How was your experience with the interview generally?

Haha no worries and everyone blanks at some point, but it’s how you come back that matters. Taking a few second breaks, or giving yourself a little time to think - even during an answer, is perfectly normal. After all, this is how you’d speak in person too. So don’t expect to be perfect, just be yourself - and anytime you blank, breathe, think of what you need to say and continue. Remember, their questions are always about getting to know you, so the content is always in your head, it’s not like you don’t know it. You just need to make sure there are no blockers from tapping into that knowledge for when you speak.Thank you both so much! I feel like I blank a lot haha when I actually start recording, even if I have bullet points ready in my head prior 😂 I guess I just need more practise!
Absolutely. Have heard of some firms with 'unspoken' cutoffs; how many people have wasted time making applications? Pfft.Respect them for being honest about it.
Yeah but does it include the day they sent the email ?It just says: "You must complete the interview within seven days of receiving this email"
i'm dying 😂 😂 😂 10/10
I need some context on some of these aha
toenails is an insane throwback holy s*** 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
I wouldn't worry to be honest.Cleary – "To succeed, candidates need to demonstrate exceptional academic ability. We normally expect candidates to be on course to attain a high 2.1 degree or better from a leading university and to have achieved at least AAA at A-Level or the equivalent."
Surely it is not right to only be successful if you go to a leading university! So it is a guarantee that anyone that falls outside of this but meets the grade requirement will be rejected?
Real lmao.
What uni if you don't mind sharing. Bcz they are definitely more lenient for oxbridge.I wouldn't worry to be honest.
Law firms seem to be way more flexible than I expected. Because my grades are nowhere near enough to be considered a 'strong 2:1' for a firm and yet they gave me a interview.
Mid-tier university so not Oxbridge for sure. What uni if you don't mind sharing. Bcz they are definitely more lenient for oxbridge.
