Hi guys, what do people typically wear to an assesment centre? I'm a girl and am thinking just a full suit but don't want to be overdressed. I am also worried about the collar on my shirt, I usually have the top buttons undone but it feels a bit messy. This is for a US firm if that helps 
yes the only options were the 4/5th so I wld be v confident that they are doing batches
I did the WE nearer the start of last week as well and she said during the call that we would be likely to hear back earlier just because we did it earlier so I definitely wouldn't loose hope

I actually think I applied for spring thinking about it now haha, it's all good! Just trying to focus on converting the ACs I am lucky to have!
Also, a further question re assesment centres, for interviews are people bringing in notes?
Gosh this PW PFO is really frustrating, especially bcoz I got through at their open day stage in September and did exactly what they told us to do in our application. WHAT MORE DO THEY WANT!!! For context I have a 2.1 from Oxbridge non-law. Is it that I don't have a first??

I have only had one AC so far. Kennedys, last year. I did bring notes into the interview, but I didn’t need them. It adds confidence making them and knowing they’re there.
i applied for Paul Weiss Winter VS. They sent me PFOs three times now for winter, spring, and summer. my app must have been the worst 😂
I had a similar feeling with HSF Kramer. Got onto their open day so figured my CV was alright, did everything they instructed us to do, passed the online assessment, and then PFO. So what I personally suspect happened was that my open day application was assessed by someone junior in the team and when the vac scheme application came around, it went to another person and I got shafted.
The frustrating part of it though is that their open day application is a full on, full CV with written answers application, so by that point, you already knew everything about me. So if my inconsistent undergrad record with mitigating circumstances wasn't going to be good enough at the application stage, why clear me for the open day...
