Tbh nothing beats when someone was spamming me with ChatGPT-formulated messages asking about an AC I didn’t do from a firm that PFOd me honestly guys I know you just want support but please don’t go and message absolutely everyone who has mentioned the firm????

Same I kept getting emails telling me about how great it was to have an AC when I had not made it past the application stage for these firms?
And sometimes people kept insisting I had when I didn't??

Like bro, you've been a member for 4 years, you've made two posts in that time, and you're asking me for info and could have said like "hey congrats on your AC, I'm X nice to meet you, I'm going on 10th", just annoying tbh

Hsfk summer pfo post app. I know open days dont entitle me to expect an ac but this one was particularly hard to take…absolute dream firm, had been progressed to their ac 3 years ago, managed to get one vs at another silver circle firm, one internship overseas at an international firm and distinctions for law conversion plus SQE course since last pfo post ac. Thought I’d have a strong chance this time? But no I guess they sorted my app to the no hopers bin ahahaha

I feel you. There was a firm that accepted me for their open day and I actually spoke to grad rec about my credentials. I got rejected twice and I thought okay but why? I know its super disheartening but I always try to think of it as this is taking me closer to where I want to be. Everytime something hasn’t worked out like I wanted it to, 99% of the time it was for a good reason. But do not give up. if one firm can’t see your brilliant credentials or don't think its a match, then it's their loss. keep at it mate
