Got rejected from freshfields’ grad workshop a month ago and have just received another rejection with an invite for their application masterclass…nice lol
what is defined as a small v large trainee intake? I know some firms offer 70+ which is obviously significant, however would an intake of 10 be seen as small though some firms take even less than that?
My strengths were growth mindset, active collaborator and pride, area of development was being too realistic?? 🤣 Got PFOd the next day, but in hindsight my application wasn’t that good so if you have the same feedback don’t worry lol
for the work experience section, should you make explicit links to skills and/or certain functions relevant to a career in commercial law? e.g i did this, developing x skill, which is relevant to commercial law…
I’m not sure if you can re-do arctic shores, all it says on the website is that they accept applications in the same calendar year if you did not get an ac. I’m still seeking clarification myself if this means I can now reapply for summer having been rejected for winter
