Hey I just had my 2nd round yesterday and don't worry they are very chill so refer to them as Mofo! Your interviewers will almost definitely say Mofo instead of morrison foerster :)- missingh

Fieldfisher 2023/24 Direct TC Application
Hi, yes it does from my memory I think at the end of the assessment there is a 'critical thinking' section. I might be wrong though as I may be confusing it with another firm's Capp test but I am fairly sure there is a section on critical thinking.
