Is it necessary to talk about the culture of the firm in the 850 word personal statement? I talk about two practice area of Freshfields that I want to try but because of this much detail, I do not have space for the culture of the firm. Just wondering if it would be detrimental for my application
Thisis what their website says.
"We do not have a minimum grade requirement, however, we look for candidates who have strong academic results and should be commercially aware, intellectually curious and work well in a team."
Also is it worth applying to Freshfields if I have a mid 2:1? (I have two modules with high 2:2s from first and second year, and I am currently in my final year)

Hi @Jessica Booker, is it okay to just refer to Freshfields as Freshfields in the first instance in my personal statement or should I spell out the full name of the firm first and then abbreviate to Freshfields?
I applied for the TC too close to deadline given they were non-rolling but there hasn't been any update yet. I think I heard about some people on this forum getting ACs but I may be hallucinating lol
