    Legislation.gov.uk usually provides all new legislation for the UK, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland (https://www.legislation.gov.uk/new) if it helps. It doesn't have any analysis besides the main Act/SI itself.

    I have before, but I have placed them "last" in my list. I have always placed current employees first and then if the future trainee gave an additional insight from their experience, placed that in last.

    If it helps, just from some events I have attended - for the two firms below: Predominantly recruit from their vacation scheme. The firm has in the past - I am unsure if they still do it now - offered all the TC places to vacation scheme students and then just did not proceed with anyone else...

    Yes - if you fail the WG I believe an automatic email goes out saying something akin to “having reviewed your test scores, we are sorry to say we will not be progressing you.” That’s been my experience in the past - I’m unsure if that has changed though! Sorry, should have stated! Winter.

    If it helps, I have one C at A-level and a first-class from a non-RG. I didn't do a mentorship scheme but did do one of their insight days, and I was progressed to an interview. So I don't think you need to worry. :)
