Tbh I'd call them again and say that it seems incredibly unfair that my application is disadvantaged because of a technical issue outside of my control or something along those lines. Why on earth could they not send you another link?!?

That seems really odd imo. I've had a few issues with tests when I was applying and every firm just resent the link/gave me another link to complete the test on so this approach from A&O seems very surprising... did they say why they can't?

I don't see any of the bottom three options when I look to insert them - as in 'link to these messages'; 'quote these messages' and 'cancel' aren't visible as I can't scroll down to see them for some reason?
