I spoke to Grad Rec during their insight evening, and he said it's non-rolling. They just sort through applications as they come in, so they won't actually give out ACs until after the deadline.- Jessica Pearson

I was thinking the same thing. Because I got a moderate fit in all the competencies except one. Is that good or bad? I finally passed their benchmark after failing it last year 😭 but I don't know if it's the sjt and personality test are weighted equally.- Jessica Pearson

I would suggest they do one or two virtual internships on Forage. This will give them insight into the kind of work solicitors do and really help articulate the why law/commercial law aspect.
