    How do people handle situations where you cant attend an AC day? Due to e.g. a pre-planned vacation that cannot be moved (plane and train tickets, hotels ect) Does GradRec usually accommodate requests to move an AC or is that likely to piss them off?

    the deadline is the deadline. Most firms read your app even if you applied a minute before the deadline. Rolling just means they progress apps within the open application window and dont wait until the end of the window to start reviewing.

    I think thats the right approach tbh. Last year the timeline did not add up to what they described in the initial email post-app at all. Everything was like 3 weeks delayed.

    In all fairness they said the same last year about ACs bring mid May but the last AC was around early-mid June…
