I’m ngl I’ve always favoured firms who are more flexible, not even because of my own personal grades but because I like the idea of working in a firm with a real diversity of people and I feel like really strict requirements can sometimes result in cookie cutter trainees

I applied to Mayer Brown - personally applied quite close to the deadline and they’re rolling - plus someone on the forum said last year they were rejected because they had filled all their spots - so not feeling hopeful but it was more me just me not wanting to regret not applying
