If they are saying you already have relevant prior experience then generally there’s no need to do a VS, if you have a good indication that this is the firm you would be comfortable doing a TC at IMO. If they are inviting you for a direct TC, there is arguably less steps than going through a VS...- W

If they can postpone/cancel an open day as a result of coronavirus it does make you wonder what precautions will take place for those that take candidates for 2 week and 3 week vacation schemes. And firms do like to mirror each other generally.- W
