    No, I'm saying they would after the original poster queried if they don't read applications received after Christmas. It wouldn't make sense/would be unfair if they kept their window open for 2 weeks to receive applications they just wouldn't review.

    Went to apply for Fieldfisher and I see their deadline is 6 January 2024; however, it says applications are closed. I presume they fill spaces on a rolling basis and no longer feel the need to keep the application window open and this isn't an error?

    How do they determine benchmarks with SJTs? Where you have to rank 5 scenarios in terms of what you're most likely to do to least likely, do they have a "correct" list which they compare it to and whoever gets the closest to that hits the benchmark?

    I’m in the same boat. I think it’s just an automated response as they likely get more summer applicants. I don’t really see the point in replying as like you said, it won’t change the outcome. Completely relate to how frustrating it is though given the effort put into applications :(

    I wouldn’t advise against it as it’s never going to hurt but I feel the practice test they gave you was sufficient for getting a taste of it/the style. Best of luck though!
