    I just completed the online test and did anyone else find it weird? Like I found it harder than the standard Watson Glaser and many of the questions were number heavy. The "fairly strong/weak" part threw me off as well. Can't say I'm particularly confident now :( How did everyone else find it?

    The deadline doesn’t close for over a month still; I don’t think there’s any harm in applying, regardless of ACs being sent out. They’d be missing out on a lot of potentially good candidates if they didn’t consider anyone sending an application in now.

    At what point would you consider applying to a rolling deadline wasted effort? If I apply the day of or the day before the deadline, is it so unlikely to be considered that it’s better to focus the effort on other firms given the time/effort needed to be put into one application?
