    Their email bluntly said “VI will be sent on 12th dec if you meet the benchmark”. I believe if they have mentioned this without any ambiguity then they should ideally send it maybe later in the day (maybe between their lunch and closing time😂)

    They close when they reach the threshold of the maximum amount of applications they consider per year and when they fill up the spaces! (That’s what the job description said!) No set deadline, it changes according to demand :)

    I think the above may be the case if a candidate reaches the AC/interview stage of the recruitment process and is then rejected. I feel when it comes to the first stage i.e, the application form, firms may give a chance if the candidate has more work experience and better answers :) Also think...
