Generally I prefer not to capitalise practice areas. 'IP' we'd also want to write out in full (i.e. intellectual property).
There's too much inconsistency though (even among law firm websites), so you should be fine either way.
Interesting corporation tax move. Corporation tax is staying at 19% for companies with profits up to £50,000. It'll increase after that, reaching a 25% tax on companies with profits from £250,000.
Interesting that because of Tesla's substantial investment in Bitcoin, the company's share price is affected by a fall in the price of Bitcoin: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-56174404.
Elon also seems to be his own worst enemy?
If the question is which story you are most interested in, you're absolutely fine to choose a topic that genuinely interests you. I think too often candidates think that everything they say needs to link back to a law firm - but that's precisely why they'll have separate questions asking about...
The answer is easy then! Whichever you are the most interested in :).
I'd also think about which topic you'd be comfortable answering follow up questions on, but this will generally align with the topic you are most interested in.

If you or anyone else wants to run with this though, feel free to drop me a PM...
Those of you working on your commercial awareness, I'd recommend having a read of the budget tomorrow. For TCLA, we'll be watching out for the likely increase in corporation tax!
Aiming to write a short summary of the most relevant points in our newsletter tomorrow, so feel free to subscribe if...
Really agree with this. In some interviews, you could just put it down to the people interviewing you (and not necessarily a reflection on the firm). At the same time, sometimes you do get a bad feeling about a firm from the interview, and it could well be a sign that that firm isn't right for you.

This is a big reason why I promote sending out applications to many firms. I've spoken to a lot of candidates this cycle who only applied to a handful of firms and received straight rejections.
Unfortunately, due to the competition, I think there are very few candidates who are able to send off...
