^ Agreed - you need to talk about both. I wouldn't expect the question to specify what the needs of the client are. You'll show your commercial awareness by working out what they might be and then suggesting how the firm is suited to advise.- Jaysen

No, you shouldn't worry about this. Firms know how competitive vacation schemes are and that candidates may improve over time. If anything, it'll look great that you've managed to secure two. As long as you aren’t asking something that could easily be found on the website/isn’t relevant to the interviewer - any genuine questions will do.
