It would be a good idea to show what steps you have already taken, I would just ensure the goal isn’t achieved yet and has some balance as to what your future steps/plans are.
It’s tricky for me to know the exact reasons for this. But I do find it strange that someone with top scores is not getting through to the next stage.
To me there could be two reasons:
1) so many people are getting the top scores they are having to consider another piece of evidence
Or

No - not an issue to connect with them now. A brief message thanking them for their advice as you think it helped you in your recent interview when you send the connection will be good to explain why you are connecting now.
There is no definition on this - in fact what they are really looking for is for you to analyse and explain how you have defined the competitors and explained the importance of why you have chosen that criteria.
There are lots of different criteria you can apply, and in an answer you are not...
There is generally no difference in these things across types of firms.
Unless a firm is stressing the importance of academic excellence in their marketing materials a couple of lower modules are really not going to be a problem in the vast majority of instances. Yes, there will be some firms...
In most instances, no. A specialist LLM can help if you want to go into a specialist firm (eg Shipping / Human Rights) but for most commercial firms with broad practice areas, it’s not going to make a direct positive difference.

They would be able to renege the offer all the time they haven’t received any financial support from the firm or started any formal onboarding processes for law school/SQE prep courses.
There is no need to link this to the firm unless the question explicitly ask you to.
PESTLE/SWOT are pretty in-depth analysis tools of something, and you will need a much more summarised answer. You can use PESTLE or SWOT to identify the aspects of the story, but you aren’t going to have enough...

The challenges with the visa system that came in at April this year, particularly the increase in the minimum salary threshold, will make many entry level business roles not...
as the BARBRI course is not a masters level course, but just a prep course, I don’t think you’d need to have completed your degree before you start the prep course. But might be worthwhile checking with BARBRI just in case.
Potentially yes - some firms have terms in their offer documents saying you can’t proceed with the VS if you have accepted a TC. Not all firms have these though, but even those who don’t may not want to waste their efforts into a VS if someone is definitely going to join another firm. Most firms...
