I can understand that to some extent (there is probably a correlation between these academic results and performance in the course) but that is crazy that they place ao much weighting on your grades (especially first year).
I suspect you will be fine so I would try not to worry about this. Wait...
I think there would be a whole range of other options whether outside of Scotland or within it. But I wouldn’t worry about that until the 7th July - and even then, I am assuming you could reapply for the Diploma in Legal Practice?
If you submitted details to say you had a training contract as...
Then I think you have done the right things. You are only going to be assessed on what you did, rather than what others did, and so even when dynamics are great, you can score well as it’s much more about how you deal with those awkward moments rather than them actually happening.
Each exercise/assessment will be assessing a number of competencies. Those competencies might also be assessed in other assessments too.

The challenge here isn't necessarily the message of the mental health, it is more so the inconsistency of trying and the outcomes because of that difference. That is the message you really want to avoid presenting, although I completely understand that the ability to try was linked to the mental...
I always advise updating and refining your application - some answers may still be the same type of content, but I would always consider whether you could describe things better/refine your written style, or whether your more recent experiences have either provided more recent/stronger evidence...
It is exactly what you have stated - any information on your application form could be asked about, to either get more details/clarification/explanation about.
In your application, you are only presenting certain aspects of your experience - this is often factual (e.g. your degree subject) but...
