Slaughter and May ask questions like this. They generally ask these types of questions to test how you answer uncomfortable questions under pressure. If age was an issue for the company then they wouldn’t have invited you to interview.- MVE49

You could although it doesn’t look amazing to the firm. But obviously does happen, especially when applying for vac scheme and TCs at the same time because you can’t do a vac scheme after accepting a TC. I’d say just accept and then choose your favourite if you end up getting offers from...- MVE49

I think the ACs that have been were from the winter vac scheme and there’s only been one person who’s got an AC next week. Someone on student room said that they spoke to a paralegal at LL who said the direct TC ACs would be in the last week of January and first week of February- MVE49
