Hiya, I did an AC with Burges Salmon last year and they said that there is very little weighting on the WG so I wouldn't worry! They will only use it to differentiate between two very similar candidates. On my vac scheme there was a range of scores on the WG so I really wouldn't worry :)

I know the Hogan Lovell's WG is meant to be automatic but I applied over a week a go and haven't received an invite to complete the test. Anyone else in this position? Should I email grad rec about it?
