I'm not really sure if it is permanent employment - at least previously the LBA was effectively a fixed-term 12-month paralegal role, but, uniquely, they would offer some candidates a further 12-month 'training contract', to take advantage of the fact that training contracts don't really exist...- trainee4u

I feel the same. My AJ was not bad, and my interview I put quite a bit of effort into except obviously read and still managed to cut off half-way through last sentence, but realistically experience is if anyone else has got an offer etc. it's PFO for sure.- trainee4u

Do you mean 40 apps this year? Or 40 apps total since 2017? If it's 40 apps total, it seems you should expand your circle, as it looks like you're applying only to magic circle and US firms, whereas perhaps it would be better to qualify somewhere slightly less prestigious and you can always move...- trainee4u

Withdrawn from the SQE course - is the career in commercial law still possible?
I don't think that an internal module is likely to ever be disclosable - there isn't really a meaningful 'SQE prep course' qualification - it's the SRA/Kaplan-exam (i.e. FLK1, FLK2, or both) that would need to be disclosed if failed.- trainee4u
