I completed HL’s first year scheme so I emailed grad recruitment that I don’t need to complete the WG which they confirmed but haven’t heard anything else.

Completely agree with this! If firms are gonna use SJTs, they should be part of interviews so candidates can explain their answers properly. Online SJTs make it seem like there’s a clear right or wrong, but it’s never that simple because context matters so much. In an interview, you can at least...
