    Do not overthink it, you mainly need to know corporate, tax, IP, finance, real estate and employment. I think that is all the ones they offer seats in. I had my AC last week and they barely asked anything on the firm just one why HSF.

    Registering businesses overseas

    Hi! I am aware businesses can choose where they are registered, based on tax benefits, local laws etc, but I was wondering what the benefit of this is for the country, especially if that business is not going to generate nay income in that country and therefore they cannot tax their income.
