    No, when do you think it is an appropriate time to email? They said they’d hold interviews in March/April Edit: just had a look at previous threads and in 2022 someone said they got the invite on the first week of April and in 2023 some said they heard back on the 3rd March

    Hi @Jessica Booker, I have a virtual AC next week for a direct TC at Irwin Mitchell - do you have any hints or tips on how to best prepare for it, I’ve never been to an AC before. It involves a group exercise, strengths-based interview and written exercise.
