Is anyone struggling to put in their answers on the Addleshaw Goddard app? It says 300 words max but is only letting me put in 260 words??? help needed please! (why can't every firm just use the "applyforlaw" app???)

Hi guys, What's everyone's approach to answering face-to-face interview questions? I know the STAR method is encouraged but I find it too artificial especially when the interview is treated as conversation-like. Thanks!
